Features of a Zen Garden
Japanese Landscape Garden, also known as Zen Garden is a type of dry landscape, which is inspired by the Japanese ancient landscape originated through their tradition. In a zen garden, artificial ornamentation is restricted as much as possible, and the use of natural elements is encouraged, which includes springs, streams, lake, pond, waterfall, etc.
The Modern-day Japanese garden is equipped with more greenery rather than flower beds, along with stone water basis, stone figures, fencing, gateways and most importantly the use of soil-based furnishings.
